Who we are

RONALD BATISTE

  • Managing Partner - Wings of Eagle Fund

  • President/CEO - Eagle Environment Construction + Development (EEC+D), performs property environmental assessments, remediation, and construction development.

Ronald is an international businessman who focuses on community development around the globe. He has been deeply involved in the building industry since 1990, specializing in residential and commercial design and construction. He has over 23 years of real estate development experience.

A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Ronald also attended graduate business school at Golden Gate University.

Throughout his career, Ronald has owned and operated businesses in various industries, including Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction, Marketing, Oil Exploration, and Finance. He is also a passionate advocate for the First Nations in Canada.

EEC+D Registrations & Certifications

EEC+D is registered with the California Contractors State License Board (#1114853):

  • Licensed as a General Engineering Contractor A.

  • General Building Contractor B.

  • Hazardous Substances Removal (HAZ) and Radiological Materials.

  • Also follows ISO and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) on Best Management Practices and environmentally sensitive restoration and development, which provide external confirmation of the sustainable quality of buildings.

EEC+D is certified with:

  • An approved Social House developer by the U.S. Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

  • Environmental contractor certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

  • HRC as a Micro-Local Business Enterprise (LBE).

  • As a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Affidavit (DBE) and as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).
