What We Do
There are approximately 450,000 Brownfield and environmentally contaminated SITES in the U.S. today.
REMEDIATING these sites requires specialized expertise and can be expensive to clean up or develop. As they remain in their current state, these properties become a burden on both federal and local governments, limit public use, and prevent the generation of potential local revenue.
However, they also present OPPORTUNITIES for those with the right skills and knowledge to rehabilitate these sites.
We have the expertise to profile and target sites representing the greatest ROI opportunity, market absorption, and positive community impact. We often partner with local organizations to increase the impact of TRANSFORMATION.
