Veterans Resource Program (VRP) is a 501c3 nonprofit located in Richmond CA founded in 2011 dedicated to the men and women who have courageously served their country. We recognize the need to provide military veterans with housing and services with resources tailored for their individual needs, empowering the veteran to become productive and integrated members of society. VRP was honored by Tom Butt, Mayor of Richmond, who proclaimed the Veterans Resource Program ‘the city’s primary veteran’s organization. 


This TRANSFORMATION, located on a 2.3-acre lot on Carlson Boulevard in South Richmond, near public transportation and the freeway. Close to City Center and commercial businesses allowing veterans to be a part of the City's activities and community. 

 

The residential towers for the proposed project include three four-story wood frame buildings (Type III) over a concrete podium.

The project development will consist:

  • 268 Apartments:

    • 212 1-Bedroom Units (500 sq ft)

    • 26 2-Bedroom Units (700 sq ft)

    • 30 3-Bedroom Units (1000 sq)

  • 200 Parking Spaces

  • 40,000 square feet Commercial / Retail
